Today was my dogs first trip to the groomer. The staff at Woofgang were exceptional! They discussed the bath/groom for each dog in great detail and shared information about additional services. When I went to pick them up, I learned that my dogs were less than cooperative! The groomer (Kenneth, I believe is his name) was so kind and explained that my pups were probably just nervous and fed off of each other. One became protective of the other, so he explained that it may be better to bring them in separately. Unfortunately, my long haired dog was so naughty and wouldn't let anyone cut his hair. Kenneth did what he could/what the dogs could tolerate. He was more concerned about the dogs' comfort than his own! I truly appreciate the kindness and patience of the staff at Woofgang!! We will try again, but in 2 separate visits 😊

took my dogs for dentals and am fully impressed! the staff was very nice, facility clean and prices reasonable! definitely recommend!
